Saw this in the Herald Tribune news today. I just had to laugh when I read this. Don't they realize that waving signs on Kamehameha Avenue is just as distractive to drivers as cell phones???

If it's for revenue, it's going to Honolulu. IIRC, all our traffic fine money goes to the state treasury.
