Construction Insurance - StillHope - 01-08-2009
I am required to get the course of construction insurance.
The agent says that the unused portion (in my case it will be 6 -8 months) will be refunded.
If I remember correctly, Robguz posted about not able to get the refund.
We both have a property in Lava Zone II.
And it means - no choice in underwriters.
Has anyone ever got the refund on the course of
construction insurance?
P.S. A "side" question : Does a GC usually provide this type of insurance?

I am guessing,most people have their house built not much less than a year?
Mine is allegedly will take about 4-5 months.So paying twice as much...
