Do you have to "Post" signs on lot while building? - Menehune - 01-10-2009 On most of the lots - wether building or just vacate - I see "POSTED" or "NO TRESPASSING" or something similar. RE: Do you have to "Post" signs on lot while building? - Hotzcatz - 01-18-2009 General thoughts are that you can't claim someone is a trespasser if there aren't "no trespassing" signs posted, but I don't know if that is legally true.
