The Hawaiian Beaches Action Team were up and at it again today....
Not talking about, they were doing it.

I'd like to see the EIS for that project. What about public hearings? Was it posted in the newspaper? And if they had to move dirt, did they get a grading permit? Doesn't look ADA compatible to me. What if birds are harmed from the sharp metal edges of the roof?

Oh, now I get it. The laws only apply when folks want to protest something. So easy to make fools look silly.

Liberalism thrives on the double standard.

Timkona, you make funny. You were trying to be humorous, right?

EIS? Specifically, what would have triggered one? If you don't know, then you don't know what your are talking about.

Grading? How much soil was moved? it takes 20 yards to require a permit. Did you know that, Timkona?

Posted in the paper? Specifically, what law would require that?

If you do not know the above information about EIS, grading/grubbing permits, public notices, etc., then your post is, at the best, a joke. Or, perhaps you really did intend it as counterproductive distortions?

If that was a "shovel Ready" project done by the Government, it would have cost a 1/2 million bucks.

How long will it be b4 the local punks tear it up?

Gee. So much positive energy!

The Bus stops are maintained regularly, even when the punks tear them up, they are repaired and painted.
It is not a government project, so they are not tossed up and forgotten about.

Since you are concerned about them being torn up, contact Fred, he always needs more volunteers, but only if you want to work...

Yay! It's wonderful. And there's our very own Jaynie right in front. Very funny stuff about EIS and such...it's just a little bus stop. Get real.[:o)]
