Recent HPP Meetings - Youser - 05-28-2009
I have just checked the HPPOA website and HPP forum and find the last set of minutes available are from the March 18 BOD meeting.
On this forum there have been recent announcements of HPP Board meetings on April 1, April 15 and May 5, but unless they are posted elsewhere I can’t see minutes of any of these meetings.
I understand from previous postings that minutes have to be ratified before published, and this usually takes up to 30 days, with minutes approved at the next meeting, and then posted.
Should we not be seeing minutes of the April 1 and April 15 meetings now? Any idea when the May 5 meeting minutes will be available, as there were a number of important paving issues and bond matters to be discussed?
I’m afraid I’ve lost the thread – what is the latest progress on the bond, paving project - e.g. which roads to be done and when. Wasn't that information due to be released by now?
I may not be looking in the right areas for answers to the above so any guidance welcome!
