From the sound track it sounds like this stems from a dispute over the property line. This sort of situation is why it can be far cheaper in the long run to hire a licensed surveyor, not a pin finder. I have to wonder about someone who would grab his video camera and spend 7 minutes filming, instead of helping his wife when she is crying in pain on the ground. Real Princes, both of them.

I am the person who was assaulted. I can assure you I was on my property and we have had a licensed survey of the property line. The nightmare situation with our neighbor has been going on for almost a year, and I would have killed my husband if he left me there alone with the neighbor, as I could not walk on my ankle. My husband stayed with me, to protect me, until the neighbor left. You may have noticed, neither my husband or myself address the neighbor in any way, and no, neither of us "fought back".

that is so awful to watch. that guy is the classic bully.. you need to post his name. just the video and his name. i had a similar situation years ago. when i was assaulted, did the restraining order bit, same thing, he got one also and the cops when called said they would arrest us both. i finally moved, he made my life so miserable. maybe he will bully the wrong person someday and fall in a lavatube. i am so sorry you have to endure this....
