Does anyone know if there are dues or CC&rs in Mauna Loa. Like the area anyone live there

Mauna Loa Estates has no CC&R's and there are no homeowner association dues, but there is an $82/year road maintenance fee.

john rabi is correct. we have a lot up on jade and 9th and only pay the mandatory road maintenance dues and property taxes. no ccrs.
