Good news for hawaii - This should kick start our local market. The 8,000$ cash should bring a smile to many a buyer.

Sounds like a win-win situation. Good for buyers and sellers.
It's about time.
GO-bama!

One Thing I can always be sure of is that things will never go as expected.

I have been tracking the market and preparing monthly reports for nine months. Anyone interested in seeing them feel free to e-mail me and I will send them to you. They are in an Excel format.

I would like to see them, John, very much. I'm not sure I can open an Excel file. I could try.
You have my email [Smile]

Welcome back and I hope your vacation was all you expected and more. [8D]

Anyone that does not have a legal copy of Microsoft Office can download Open Office from openoffice.org If you don't have the money to buy MS Office or simply hate Microsoft, it is the way to go.

It is free and offers seamless operation between MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. documents. I have a number of customers that have been using it for a couple of years.

I use Open Office, and it is a great suite of programs. I highly recommend it.

Cheers,
Jerry

I think I have iWork, just never open it. My Mac will look for a program to open the file.

I had a legal copy of Office with my XP, but it's not loaded on my Mac.
Thanks for the tips.

I try to avoid spreadsheets.
My husband is addicted to Excel; he's a techie and I'm the opposite.

Real estate figures are one area I'd be interested in seeing a chart.

*OMG, I just realized I'm a chartist.* [:p]

I second, or third or whatever the Open Office recommendation. Just remember, if you create the document it will save in an Open Office format by default. If you intend it for distribution, make sure to save it as a .doc file or a pdf.
