It has been around for 2 years.
It doesn't apply to homeowners doing their own work.
It does apply if you have a rental.

Yep. Read it too. Bunch of c*** IMO. EPA is way overstepping their authority.
I do wonder whether it will have much affect on Hawaii housing? How many pre-1978 houses are there on the BI? Will the "value of those go down now?
Is our government going to provide us with the funds to clean up this so-called mess? [}
