Congratulations to Fred. If just one in ten folks were even half as involved as Fred in seeking constructive solutions to issues and then taking action where opportunities present themselves, then Puna's areas for improvement --roads, sidewalks, post office capacity, medical care, and education included-- would see great progress in short order.
