It's probably extremely difficult to arrange.
But if you believe that it's OK to sacrifice a private person's right to have peace in his/hers own home
for the "greater need of a community" and really want to help
practically,offer Seaview community your location to swap with the
complaining people.

Now Stillhope, believe this or not but I have heard a rumor that the primary complaining party is relocating to the mainland due to employment opportunities.
Once in a while some problems solve themselves.
But the special use permit compliance issue, once opened as it has been, will still need to be resolved and by all appearances SPACE is on that path of resolution.

Do you think if someone else buys it (good luck with that),the problem

People who would offer to swap will be the ones who really sincere about putting a community needs above their own peace and privacy.

I think that it could have been the solution.
May be those who wants the convenience of "good for the community " events will ofer their location to swap?
Sometimes people own 2 lots.
