Did you ever have a pain the the ass electrical problem that you couldn't resolve and needed fixed right away? And trying to get a contractor to return a call, much less show up is stressful itself?
Well I did.
I am pleased to report that Ross Iwamoto not only returned my call the same day but he was able to stop by my home (at my invitation) when I wasn't there, fix the problem, and charge a nominal fee.
