New Lower Insurance rates in Lava Zone 2- - Dan De Soto - 03-04-2010

Aloha Puna web,

I have new rates in lava zone 2. As you know we already have the best rates in zone 2 for owner occupied homes within 5 miles of a fire station. These new rates are for the rentals, and homes farther than 5 miles from a fire station. If you are with HPIA, Lloyds, or American Western Home I can probably save you several hundred in premium. Please contact me with your address, occupancy of the home, and current coverage limits for a quote.

Mahalo!

Does it mean those of us who you already helped this year can get better rates too? If so,how to apply?

And I think more people need to see this (not everyone visiting building forum).

I don't think Rob will object.

The Universal Poperty and Casualty still has the best rates and coverage in lava zone 2 but rentals and homes farther than 5 miles from a fire station do not qualify for that policy. These new policy rates are for everyone else in lava zone 2.

I wonder if this new competition for zone 2 will cause rates to fall in zone 1? Or will they (HPIA) raise rates to recoup the money they're losing to the competition?
