Zero access to some of the lots and 4WD to some of the others. Poor roads, no power, no water and the larger pieces are zoned AG40. It will be interesting to see if they will actually get bidders at the upset prices on all of those lots. The two smaller ones zoned AG5 will probably sell, the larger lots may hang around for awhile. "I like yard sales," he said. "All true survivalists like yard sales." Rabi - 03-13-2010 What's really sad is that the county was "sitting" on these lots for long years and trying to sell them in an economic downturn. Efficiency at the high level, as usual. I agree with Catz, I don't think there will be much demand for those lots, the county would be better off leasing them to local farmers. Aloha, John S.
