Double check with the County, but I think its 15 feet front/back and 8 feet on the sides.

Just received an e-mail from the county. John you were correct. 15' front & back and 8' on the side yards.

On anything under 10,000 SF correct? There are some larger lots in Nanawale.

I believe the setbacks are different on the pie-shaped lots there too. I used to own one but I can't remember the numbers.

On our particular lot, 66' X 122' those are the setbacks. Like John suggested, always check first.
