Where all did you look? Did you find the trees?

You can get the rainbow eucalyptus here very inexpensively ($3 each). The nursery is in Kapoho.

wyline,

You probably know this, but rainbow eucalyptus trees grow to be quite large - over 100 feet at maturity. They is also have weak wood and shouldn't be planted anywhere near structures. It's a pretty tree for sure, but I got to see first hand about the weak wood when I was in a little grove of them at the Honolulu zoo, and a big old branch came crashing down in front of me from maybe 60 or 80 feet up. Got my attention. I looked around and saw lots of little branches that had fallen and pretty much flattened the plants growing underneath. Just a consideration.

Thanks Ryan...I will contact them!

Mitzi, mahalo for the info, I will keep that in mind but I have 2 acres and there is lots of space so i can avoid falling branches!
