Does anyone have any leads on a home in the Hawaiian Shores area for 130,000 or better. Not looking to fix up a home as my skills are very limited. Any ideas are much welcome.

It looks like that property has a contingent offer, but if you want to see more listings in the area, you can view the active MLS listings in Hawaiian Shores and HSRE here: Hawaiian Shores Subdivision|Hawaiian Shores Recreational Estates (HSRE). (Of course, there's also Hawaiian Parks and Hawaiian Beaches!)
