Is anyone on the web a mortgage broker? I am unhappy with my current lenders options and I wish to refinance. Love to do business with a Punawebber if I can.

We used Tim DeLozier from Amera Mortgage in Hilo and really liked him as well as the service. We have recommended him to many peoply and they have all liked his service.

We used Phil Maise at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I don't think he's a PunaWebber, but he does live in lower Puna. His office is in Hilo. He's a really sharp guy and did really well for us. 935-3953

I second Jerry's recommendation of Amera Mortgage. They're super friendly, competent and fast. We'll definitely use them when we refinance.

I'' put in another plug for Phil. He handled our transaction from 2500 miles away without a hitch. And we got a good deal and no surprises at closing.

Phil is amazing. He's extremely bright and real patient. He can work about anything too...one house, two lots...etc.
