Finally, finally, finally - carrie w - 12-12-2006
When I returned to the ML in March, I thought I would be back in a few short months. Well, life does not always go as planned. So here I am, 9 long months later, I've finally arrived.
Thankfully, the house has survived my absence relatively well. Just a few small problems so I am looking for handyman recommendations since my tools are still enroute.
My two most pressing issues are (1) the water pressure regulator needs to be repaired or replaced; (2) The breaker for my hot water heater is arcing (yes, I have shut it off). Since I currently have no hot water, and could possibly soon have no water at all, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
