I have built numerous homes in Puna, both in HPP and Leilani Estates. I had very good experience with Dustin Slatinsky of Sky Builders (skybuilders01@yahoo.com) and Mike Munnerlyn of Munnerlyn Constructions (builditkau@yahoo.com.) I had very bad experience with both Tony Vicar of Vicar Building Investments and Randall Theberge of Center Line Construction.

bud is the best - did mine too, entire file to build the house one page - no call backs to fix things - done right the first time

Try Built Rite Const. Steve Soares is the owner. They do all phases and has quality subs in place. Did my house in HPP. They do quality work at a good price. He was on time and within his bid. Very honest group of people. 808 966 4032. His wife, Laryssa, runs the office.

you might contact JOE Framer, member of this forum. i cant say enough good things about his work and his prices. i have recommended him to others on this forum and they have also been pleased. i think tony posted pics of his house on here also.
