P#257;hoa Solid Waste Transfer Station Temporary 3-Day Closure for Construction
The P#257;hoa Solid Waste Transfer Station is scheduled to be closed for construction Tuesday, March 8th through Thursday, March 10th. The transfer station is scheduled to reopen on Friday, March 11th, 2011.
The construction project, budgeted at $3,907,000, is on schedule for completion by mid April 2011.
During this temporary closure period, residents are encouraged to utilize the Kea`au and Kalapana Transfer Stations.
