Today (4/1) there will be state wide tsunami CD exercises
Remember:Testing of all state alert alarms will be at 11:45
ETA: This is not an April Fools, but is done on the 65th anniversary of the 4/1/46 tsunami, the worst Hawaii tsunami in historical record
