Every cop is on the road between stainback and Hilo. Looked like a body on the side of the road.

Nope, heading the wrong way. This was all cop cars, no other vehicles. Slightly passed the stainback highway heading into Hilo.
Body laying on the side of the road. Around mile 3-4 or so. [?]
