A customer canceled an order and I can offer (22) structural insulated roofing panels which are 40" x 14.5' each. This is sufficient for 1025 square feet of roofing. These panels do not require rafters. They will span 12' and are insulated at R=20. Keeps you cool in the summer and is quieter in the rain. The panels are dark green on the outside and white on the inside. Some pictures below show some local uses.
This quantity with all fasteners would normally sell for $9,225. They are available for $7,000. That's 25% off (below my cost). They have never been installed.
