Phone scam - Windows OS - Rob Tucker - 04-13-2011
Got a call tonight from some guy claiming he was from Microsoft and telling me there as a major virus about and he was tasked with helping me remove the virus. He wanted me to get to my computer so he could direct me on how to clean up my computer.
I listened for a little while. I have a Mac and have never used Windows. When I told him that he actually argued with me saying 100% of the worlds computers used Windows.
I told him thank you and good night. Watch out.

Bangalore came across to me.... the phone connection was jerky too.

They eventually ask for money.
Of course, Microsoft never calls anyone out of the blue so don't fall for it.
