Anyone know of a dance rehearsal space available? - spunky - 05-23-2011
I'm wondering if anyone knows of (or has) an affordable dance rehearsal space for rent in the Keaau-Volcano area. We would need the space for one hour a week, in the evenings. (Right now we pracice Tuesday nights.) There are only 4 of us, so there wouldn't be a lot of there.
We are an Irish dance group and perform hard and soft shoe. It CAN NOT be concrete floor! We've learned the hard way that concrete floors are just too hard on our feet and knees. Our dance class currently meets in Hilo, but the majorty of us live in lower and upper Puna so if we could find a practice place cloesr to home that would be great.

The Akebono rents out to yoga and dance classes sometimes.
