Fern Forest community members are working together to create a Community Lot
that will serve a wide variety of residents. In order to do so, we must
maintain an alcohol-, tobacco-, drug-, and animal-free Lot, with controlled
access and scheduled activities. The Board of the Community Development Hui of
Fern Forest, which manages the Lot for Fern Forest landowners who jointly own
it, promulgates Hui policies and relevant County ordinances supporting safe and
lawful behavior.
Now that these policies and ordinances are being strictly enforced, we are
asking for volunteers to assist with specific activities and/or donate or raise
funds to

· Rebuild, refurbish and improve existing buildings and/or
· Develop programs for keiki, youth, seniors, and families.
