Saw a poster @ Ace in Hilo calling for Christmas Craft Fare Vendors ... By far the earliest Christmas advertising I have ever seen.

That is not Christmas ad, it is not an ad for fair, it is an ad for vendors.
all the fairs we do for Christmas have Oct. 1 or earlier deadlines and start contacting us vendors in the summer, always. Been doing this for 10 years. Always apply during summer for christmas craft fairs, everywhere (mainland and here).

Pog - vendors need to reserve their spaces early since of the more popular craft fairs sell out space early. I signed up to be a vendor at the Hilo Shopping Center in June and by early July they were already sold out of booth space. It's not Christmas advertising.
However, Ben Franklin already has Christmas craft products on display.
