Road Runner Standard and Turbo tier customers should start to see increases in their download speeds (to 10Mbps and 15Mbps). My speeds increased to 15Mbps yesterday.
Oceanic is also slated to introduce Road Runner Extreme (30/5 service) around the same time.

Over here in lower Puna, they have us offline too frequently still. Last night, this morning. Not the kind of service I want when I'm trying to keep track of earthquakes!

I've heard similar stories from other RR subscribers who live in Puna. However, the service in Kona has been rock solid since I got the service in late 2010.
