Just a reminder to mark Scuba Sunday and Potluck Social on the calendar! Come on down to Richardson Beach (look for 3 pop-ups and the “Dive Hilo Dive Club banner) and enjoy great day in the sun and water! WooHoo!! [8D]I'm there at 7:00 but most people show up anywhere from 8:30-11:00 and stay until 3-4:00
][:o)]To those who are just hearing about this for the first time, Scuba Sunday is not just about Scuba, yes we had about 14 divers in the water at Leleiwi last month, but several people played with the Kayaks, snorkeled, or just swam. Many just wanted to sit around and talk story with old friends.[:o)]
Sun and Sea Dive shop will be there too. They try to bring a couple of stand up paddle boards to play with (if they aren’t rented out sooner). There will be a dive about 9:00 (please try to be there a little early) at Leleiwi Beach. There is a high tide around 9:30. You may stop by Richardson first it you want to talk story a bit. If you need tanks or other gear, call the great ladies at the shop (934-0902). Now that they are in the new store they have an even bigger selection of great things!
I'll be there early to get the best spot and to set up the pop-ups. Don't forget this is a pupu type potluck[:p][:p] so bring a little something along to share as well as an extra chair or two. Never know when we get some new people to show up and not know what is going on yet! If I have room I'll try to bring a gas camp stove to use if you bring a heated dish. I'll also my kayak for those that want give it a try.[
] I hope someone will come by early (that isn’t going to dive) to watch the picnic area while I go get wet with the others.
So, who's all coming? Hope a lot as we usually have great weather, good food, and a lot of fun

I wish I could be there, but that's also the day of the annual Labor Day GLBTQI potluck/BBQ (which if anyone would like to attend, contact me).

Bringing this forward as Sunday is almost here. I went diving down at Leleiwi today and may not dive Sunday so I won't need to have someone there early to watch things. Beautiful day today and I'm sure it will be gorgeous on Sunday too! Isn't it always??!!

We are on Lamb Feeding so am not sure if we will be there. Currently bottle feeding two lambs every 3 hours. Not likely to be rested enough to dive. However, if they are doing well, we may bring them down to the beach for a fresh air hello!!! Okay it us that needs the fresh air! If I don't make it, please have a wonderful time.

Thank You to everyone for a wonderful day at the beach. Many of our friends got to enjoy the "babies" at the beach. Fun for me too.
