Tired of the Holiday Food Blues? Join us for a free workshop to support ourselves in food sanity around the holidays. OA members are inviting the public to a the workshop on Saturday 10/22/11 10am to noon at Pu'ula United Church of Christ, 996 Shell Road #A, Nanawale, Puna The workshop is to help anyone who suffers around food or weight, at any time, but especially through the coming holidays. OA-Overeaters Anonymous is not a diet and calories club. OA costs nothing and requires no membership. The 12 step program members have the desire to stop eating compulsively.
