Oh, this made me laugh - I was confused and couldn't figure out if I'd missed some longer post, but no, pog just wanted to say "Thanks"...... So let me add my thanks, too..... Punaweb was incredibly helpful to me before I moved to Puna in 2007, and all during the 2 (too-short) winters we lived there. It *is* a web...... and it sparkles as it connects everyone here. Gratitude, Rob....

Thanks, David, yes, I was aiming for humorously sardonic rather than flamingly nasty. Without a smiley face the comment could come across as the latter rather than former. Email (and variants thereof, such as discussion postings) is a medium which lends itself all too easily toward coming across differently than intended. Thus the wisdom in Rob's tagline "Assume the best and ask questions."
