seeking a source for la'amia fruit - Lokahi - 01-19-2012
I am looking for about a dozen or so fruit from the la'amia or calabash tree (crescentia cujete). Anyone out there?

Found a calabash tree, good size @ Rozett's nursery in HPP. Still looking for a source for the fruit however.

I have seen them (rarely) at either the Maku`u or Hilo (forgot which, think it was Maku`u...) market...
Maybe Fruit Lovers in Pahoa????
