Half a dozen police cars or more, officers out of cars surrounding a house.
Mauka side of 130 across from HPP, Hilo side of the 8 mm, a couple blocks before Ilima Street. Curious what could be up drawing that kind of manpower.

Also they weren't in their cars ...
No weapons drawn that we could see but officers on 3 sides of house and we couldn't see around the back of course.
