Yea..I'd like to know why it's taking so long to announce the roads being paved for Phase 4? Were't they just about ready to announce the winning bid on the job for Phase 4 over 6 months ago? What happened?
The Febuary board minutes say nothing other than "a paving progress report was submitted".

Nothing happened-The roads to be paved were announced in the October 2011 BOD meeting.

Thanks Scott. My bad. I didn't know how I could have missed that. Then I remembered being in Australia for the whole month of October.
