Here is one web site for slow food Hawaii, doesn't show one for Kailua-Kona yet where the meeting will be held. Interesting site, also one in Oahu.

Eggs we buy from the egg farm in HPP and it is not much more than market.

As for Malama Market - no matter how much I want to buy local their prices are too too high. I only shop there when i forget something in town, or Seaside Bob gets coronas & wine there for us as their pricing IS competitive on those items.
