Hello Punaweb! Wow what a week you've had! Watching from afar I'm curious if there is a lot of red ash spread around the island. I'm curious about the Eden Roc area which is the closest sub division to Pu'u O'o I think.

Drove by Namakani Paio on the highway near the national park yesterday. The air was the thickest I'd ever seen. Looked like those pictures of Beijing on a bad air day. There was s tretch of the highway that had a layer of ash on it. When a semi came past me going the opposite direction it created a big pink trailing cloud. Strange and disturbing conditions.
