anybody have EXPERIENCE with the Hawaii lemon law?

I'm contemplating returning my vehicle under Hawaii's lemon law.  I won't go into the details why because it's probably not a good idea with potential future litigation, but needless to say the dealership sold me a new car that they have been unable to repair a manufacturing defect under warranty. 

I've consulted AI and the RICO web site with the Hawaii lemon law procedure, so I don't need any regurgitated information, I'm wondering if anybody has actually been through the process and has any useful anecdotes or experiences to share.

Guess not. Of course we'd like to hear how this goes, and wonder what's wrong with it.

Does your Rav4 have the driver monitor camera? That could possibly annoy the crap out of me.
