Tutu being scammed
#1
An elderly Kapoho woman was taken by a scammer in an incident at Malama Marketplace last week after a minor traffic accident in the parking lot. He convinced her to give him $4000 to repair her car. Her housekeeper called the police who said the description matched a man who ripped off an elderly couple days earlier for $1200.

In this incident the guy was described as Haole, 30's, medium build, dark hair, driving black Chevy SUV. Somebody out there saw this, the traffic lane behind Aloha gas in front of the Realty office was blocked for several minutes when her car hung up on the planter curb.
