Looking for a GOOD real estate agent!

My mother owns a piece of land in Kalapana Seaview Estates and is looking for a good real estate agent to handle the listing. We live in California and need someone reliable to handle the transaction. Anyone willing to gift me with any referrals??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

John Dirgo, Punaweb member, Aloha Coast Realty (808) 965-9903, will give you very good information on pricing (i.e., if you want to "dump & run" for a lower price e vs. getting a higher price for a potentially longer listing.... I have known a few people that have used him & his advise has been spot-on each time...)
