What do you expect is going to happen when you turn on the news, riversnout? That trigger word is almost guaranteed to be said at least once every news cycle. Given the synonym choices "ex cathedra" "authenticated" "certified" "authorized" "sanctioned" "licensed" all of that sounds like either something from the church or like the news is being filtered through a communist state or a fascist dictatorship.
