I'm looking for a room to rent in September. $400 is my max monthly rent. Broke up with my partner and need a place to chill. Can do a cleaning/work exchange to pay the rest. He owns all the furniture, so furnished or unfurnished is fine. Also would be interested in long term house/animal sitting situation, as I have done that professionally and have references. I don't smoke cigarettes, don't drink, and have a 329 Card. I have a vehicle in decent condition and am happy to make grocery runs, etc. I have been vaccinated and naturally prefer small group stuff and nature to large gatherings a this time. Have I mentioned that I enjoy cleaning and would love to work off part of my rent that way? I also enjoy gardening and can help outside if you have the tools. I currently stay in HPP, but anywhere in Puna or South Hilo would be great!
