While out walking my dogs about 4:40 PM on 12/31/12, I spotted what seemed to be a lost dog on the corner of Puni Kahakai East and Papai Street in Hawaiian Beaches. It looked like it had a broken leash or chain on it, medium-sized, grey, 35-40 lbs, not at all aggressive. I've had a few bad experiences with loose dogs lately so didn't get close enough to check the breed. Looks like it might have gotten spooked by fireworks and broken free.
