Flat metal sheathing?
#1
Do any of the local roofing companies sell "unbent" flat metal sheet? I was thinking this could be useful for sheathing sheds and such, at perhaps a competitive cost to plywood, and available locally...

You could also try HVAC supply warehouse or heating/ cooling contractors for the full 4x8 sheet of heavy gauge galv.

Try the roofing factory for HPM, in Shipman Industrial Park.

I have a friend who gets this flat roofing from right there in Keaau and makes his own water tanks with a couple of nuts bolts and thick black plastic liner for a cost of under 350$. They work and last.

That would Custom Metal Roofing or CMR. They are great to work with.

A lot of people use regular roofing for sheds. Flat sheets are going to look wavey unless you crink them like ductwork

Know anybody taking an old Doughboy pool apart? That is the best steel sheet with the baked on coating and little corrugations. One edge is usually rusted if it is more than 20 years old but 95% will still be great. We keep the steel whenever we replace someones old Doughboy tank with one of our tanks and have used it for all kinds of stuff.
