Have any of Dr Driscoll's patients here received an email from Physicians Billing Solutions asking for personal information (nothing too sensitive)? I received one and there's no information about what it's for while asking for your name, company and email address. I'll call HVS about this early next week, but receiving an email like this out of the blue with no explanation about what it's for makes it look like a phishing scheme.
