Just received another notice with this at the top:

Not sure if it's related, but for the last week or so, I've received several car insurance emails that are obviously spam. Once you block one, you get another. No official ultimatums yet, but I tend not to read the emails. One of the emails appeared to be from me - at least the username - apparently I was emailing myself that my insurance pricing profile had been updated. I swear I haven't updated my own pricing profile, nor would I know how to.
