I've had the following posted on Non Classifieds for the reason that is being discussed. Ideally I'd like to get a buddy system going for us poor eastsiders. I almost always fly into & out of Kona due to cost. I'm flying Alaska 1 way San Jose to Kona for $165, into Hilo was over $200. "Ride needed from KONA to Upper HPP Aug. 16 Anyone making a Costco run? Some gas money & great company".
