If you have this insurance, youʻre already aware of the delightful new $20 monthly premium addition. You can either pay it every month or set up an autopay. But you can also call 808-948-6174 and just have it deducted from your SS payment. Beware: I asked when the least busy time to call was and they said between 3-5pm. I was told via recording to expect a 36 min. wait. It turned into a 65 min. wait but when I finally got through, it was easy to have it done.
