wanted - free dog/pups?

I wanted to see who out there may have pups for free. ideally looking for a tibetan mastiff, but will consider any medium breed.

Pertinent question for you as I seem to run into people with pups all of the time. Is this a dog to be part of the family or tied to a tree and used for guarding whatever?
