Anybody dealt with them lately?
I dropped off a gen set a while back and no one is answering their phone.
Wondering if they disappeared.
I'm off island for a bit.

A while back they were so overwhelmed with work that they weren't taking any more repairs. I think part of the problem is that they are just too darn nice. They may be in that mode again, or family issues as it is a family business. They've been in business here for something like 40 years and they are very honest, imo. I doubt that you have to worry about your gen, but it may take some patience on your part and possibly a visit.

We experienced something like this a few years ago with a lawn mower. Eventually they reappeared, and they gave some vague explanation that I can't even remember. Keep calling.

Still looking for my generator set. Tex's does not answer their phone... so I went by their place in SHopman's and they are gone. No "moved to" sign on the building. A neighbor told me they moved to a property on Pahaku Circle. So I drove the length of that and found nothing.
If anyone knows where they are or how to contact them please let me know.
